Polson & Co has pioneered consultant brokering since 1989. They are an independent source of consultants, trainers, speakers and consulting firms.

This service helps clients source consultants quickly, with peace of mind, and at no additional cost to the client. (The fee is taken out of the consultant's fee).

They also recruit permanent HR and HRD professionals, drawing upon their extensive HR network.

Polson & Co has an association with a number of consultant brokers in Asia and is well placed to source local talent in those countries, in addition to being able to supply Australia based consultants with Asia experience.

Networking & Events

Polson Pulse Workshops

Polson Pulse workshops are on the first Wednesday of every second month for two hours in the morning from 8am – 10am.

The workshops have been designed based on feedback from our clients through a targeted survey circulated to our client base.

The topics are current, responding to common themes and trends our clients have across industry and organisations.

The topics and workshops are innovative and reflective of current research, thinking and concepts. More importantly – they are practical, interactive and facilitator led by the relevant subject matter expertise with real business experience across industry.

Networking for Human Resources Professionals

Polson & Co have Networking Events each month on the first Tuesday or third Thursday of the month to accommodate busy schedules from 6pm – 9pm.

The Purpose

To provide senior HR Professionals an opportunity to network with each other as an efficient means of keeping informed on developments in the profession through the exchange of ideas among members.

Unlike most Networking events – this is true networking, discussion and cross pollination of organisational challenges and successes.

Usually topic driven and discussion is over a glass of wine and meal in a relaxed environment.

Weekend Retreats

A relaxed day of activities and overnight stay for clients and their partners at carefully selected retreats located around Melbourne. This usually starts on the Saturday afternoon, dinner in the evening and departing from the venue after breakfast on the Sunday morning.

The weekends are a flexible agenda of activities both social and developmental – by including a guest speaker in the evening prior to dinner. The venues are usually selected for their excellent facilities, complimented by their location and beautiful surroundings.
