L&D Nexus has been established to provide end to end learning and development solutions to our clients.

L&D Nexus achieve this by working in partnership with each client to determine the most appropriate solution and supporting measures of success, aligned to strategic imperatives, organisational key business drivers and people performance.

L&D Nexus draw upon a wide range of consultants both locally and in the Asia-Pacific available through our associate company, Polson & Co. We have consultants and associates in most states of Australia to support national initiatives.

L&D Nexus & Our Approach

Our preferred approach is to engage and working closely with key stakeholders to identify the most appropriate solution for each client.

This is inclusive of the following phases and key milestones:

  1. Scoping and identifying the real need and what are objectives and outcomes to be achieved
    • A review of strategy, culture, existing systems and people performance, corporate structure. Benefits of the proposed solution to participants and the organisation. Communication strategies for participants and managers.
  2. Designing, developing and delivering an appropriate solution
    • Review of desired outcomes, Key Performance Indicators, Activities pre and post the intervention for sustainability, targeted content and development supported by workplace action plans and applied learning.
  3. Sourcing external consultants & subject matter experts
    • Providing the relevant consultative expertise is critical to the success of the solution. We strongly believe in and pride ourselves on selecting the appropriate consultants based on industry, business, subject matter expertise and cultural fit.
  4. Dedicated support for all program logistics
    • Centralised communication and program logistics are arranged by L&D Nexus
  5. Evaluating the intervention & Next Steps
    • Determining in partnership with the client and key stakeholders measures of success and any further development supported by internal sponsors and external expertise.
